I am a recent PhD graduate of the UT Health Science Center in Pharmacology. I also earned two bachelor degrees at Duke University, the first in Chemistry and the second degree in Biology. During my studies with Duke, I worked as a teaching assistant in Chemistry. I have spent the last six years tutoring high school and college students in various Biology and Chemistry courses. I have also been working with students preparing for the ACT and the SAT II Chemistry. I find the most enjoyment from teaching Chemistry is because it explains the natural world that we witness each day. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and sports.
